My therapeutic approach is eclectic and holistic in nature. I draw upon many therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Client-Centered Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, Somatic, as well as Mindfulness-based practices. I respect and honor the differences between us all, and try to tailor my treatment to each person’s specific needs and desires. My practice is LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming to individuals of all cultures, ethnicities and races. In therapy, I strive to be a rock for my clients while creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for them to feel comfortable being open and vulnerable.
